He was founder and Multivideo CEO, a chain of video distribution with 45 offices in Mexico and more than 1,000 employees.

Also founder and Cinexpress CEO, a chain of video rental shops with delivery service, established in the City of Mexico with over 600 employees.

He was Cinepolis Finance Director and Strategic Planning Director, a position that transcend way to carry out his dream of Ciudad Tres Marias.

Adhoc: What has been the biggest challenge in this new venture Ciudad Tres Marias?

The biggest challenge was to break paradigms, was to convince relatives, friends and acquaintances that if we all shared the dream of creating something special as Tres Marias, all we could achieve and so it was. Even also the State Government and the Municipality joined and thanks to all of them "Tres Marias " is a reality today

Adhoc: We know your record and we know your ability as a businessman, but, "what was the reason to come into a market that was not known by you, having to set aside your previous occupations and invest in a dream?.

My children were the main reason, I dreamed that my children could have the quality of life they have today, and now I see that not only they enjoy this quality of life, but also a lot of children, also their parents are enjoying this than just 4 years ago was like a dream.

Adhoc: What has been the greatest satisfaction in this company?

Enjoy every morning living in Tres Marias and see my family and me super happy, too.

Adhoc: What are your plans in a matter of growth in the short and long term Ciudad Tres Marias? Ciudad Tres Marias is a project that began 3 years ago, and now has four colleges, a university, three office buildings, six different ranges of economic fragmentation and next year we will be inaugurating the Cultural Center and the Tres Marias Cinepolis corporate, however still have room for 8000 and more families will need to obtain more apartment buildings, offices, shopping centers, hospitals, hotels, etc.., again we need to convince our family, friends, acquaintances and especially to those who and confided in and bought Tres Marias to invest with us and once more all together continue building Ciudad Tres Marias
